Our home is a 3bed/2bath townhouse with back and front paved gardens overlooking the beautiful communual pool, which is set in lovely gardens and has a toddler pool and showers.
It is furnished to a high standard with all the comforts of home with the addition of hot and cold air con (essential in Spain). There are sun-loungers, tables and chairs in both gardens and also on both balconies from the 2 upstairs bedrooms.

There are numerous bars and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Quesada town is a 20-minute walk and there you will find numerous shops, bars, restaurants and banks. Quesada also has its own Aqua park, Bowling Green and golf course La Marquesa. There are 12 golf courses within 30 minutes drive.
The closest beach is just 7 km away at Guardamar. There are 7 EU blue flag beaches in the surrounding area.
